Montréal, February 6, 2012 – The Minister of Health and Social Services, Dr. Yves Bolduc, announced today that the Québec Health Record (QHR) will be implemented on the territory of Montréal. An information campaign will soon be launched to explain how the project will work, the expected benefits, the information the QHR will make available, the way authorized healthcare professionals will have access to it, and citizens’ recognized rights, including the right to refuse to have a QHR.
