Right to know who has consulted your information
The electronic signature and the modifications made of an authorized person is automatically recorded after consulting your information or adding new information. No one can then access your information without leaving a trace. You have the right to obtain the list of people who have accessed your information upon request.
In order to do this, you must send the access to information request form to the agent responsible for the access to documents and protection of personal information. Your request must be submitted along with a copy of a valid piece of signed photo I.D.
The agent has 45 days to process your request which may be extended by 15 days upon notification.
The decision of the agent responsible for the access to documents may be appealed to the Commission d’accès à l’information.
